DD is 5.5 months old and ready for a 3rd solid ...

DD is 5.5 months old and ready for a 3rd solid meal. She is getting one meal of fruit and one of vegies a day at the moment. I want to introduce breakfast but not sure what to give her. Any ideas? (Not farex)
